Quotations issued by A2H are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Orders are subject to confirmation, advance payment terms, and signed contract.
3. Intellectual property
All content (designs, drawings, imagery) on this site is owned by A2H Modular Cabins. You may not reproduce it without written permission.
4. Warranty
Standard structural warranty is 10 years on the steel chassis, 2 years on M&E. Full terms are issued with each order.
5. Limitation of liability
A2H's liability is limited to the value of the contracted services. We are not liable for consequential losses.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be resolved in UAE courts.
