When you submit a contact form, quotation, or chat with our AI assistant, we collect: name, company, email, phone/WhatsApp number, project location, and any details you share. Optional file uploads (drawings, BoQs) are stored securely.
2. How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, prepare quotations, deliver project services, and (with consent) send relevant updates. We do not sell your data.
3. Storage & security
Lead data is stored in our managed database with restricted access. Files are scanned and access-controlled. Communications are over HTTPS.
4. Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing sales@a2hmodularcabin.com.
5. Cookies & analytics
We use minimal cookies for site functionality. Anonymous analytics may be enabled to improve performance.
